after some consideration, i have decided not to put the registration form back up. it was CONSTANTLY hit by bots (and in fact, is STILL hit by bots, dozens of times a day, even though it isnt even there anymore) and though none of the bots ever actually managed to get through, it was an irritating drain on the site, and me, to fend them off all the time as they grew increasingly sophisticated.

i do, however, still want to provide an opportunity for people who want to comment to be able to. it doesnt happen often, only a few times a year, but people do still sign up and contribute on occasion, usually to the older posts about intellipoint and setpoint hacking.

so, ive decided instead to create accounts manually upon request. to get an account, just send an email to the designated address (see below) and after i get it ill contact you back to get your details and create a login for you. its a pain in the ass, i know, but its also a major pain in the ass to deal with the bots. and i want to avoid the possibility of spammers using my site to distribute their worthless filth at all costs.
