alas, the cookout didnt happen... so now im left with a quarter bag of smoke and $200 in gear... sigh... smoking weed just isnt that much fun by yourself (its actually about the biggest waste of time i can imagine) and of course ill never be able to talk ed into even trying it, so i guess its just going to dry out and go to waste... oh well...

at least the hookah itself kicks ass... loaded it up with some flavored tobacco and enjoyed myself a good long smoke... when you consider a hookah with a full bowl of tobacco runs about $25 a pop at the local mediterranean restaurants and hookah bars, and the $200 doesnt seem like such a bad deal... it will definitely get put to good use, because there is very little in the world i enjoy more than smoking a bowl of high-quality tobacco from a hookah... very relaxing, and unlike weed, you can actually stand up afterwards...
