anyhow, this is probably the best game ive played all year, and since my brother got it for me for my bday about 6 weeks ago, its been pretty much all i play, all the time. i mean, i am TERRIBLE at this game, and STILL i play it constantly. even though im usually a bullet pinata, those rare occasions when for whatever reason i suddenly stop sucking for a while and just start mowing people down like the wrath of god incarnate make it all worthwhile. plus, the (frequent) occasions when my squad (my brother, his friend, and i) find ourselves in an absolutely FRANTIC firefight trying to hold down an objective, enemies on every side, bullets everywhere, smoke grenades crashing through the windows, ears ringing from a nearby explosion... and we somehow make it, we somehow hold against ridiculous odds... that moment when, briefly, theres no more gunfire because theres no one left to shoot... its pure condensed awesome.

i seriously cannot recommend this game highly enough...

anyhow, this isnt super FUN game time, its super CHEAP game time... the EA store has BFBC2 on sale (for the PC) right now for a little less than $18... if you have a PC that meets the system requirements (check first, i think theyre a little steep) you should buy this game. then, you should let me know you bought it, because we need a 4th to round out our squad :)

hell, at this price, id be willing to buy it for someone as long as they agreed to be available to play most evenings with us... so people with a life need not apply :)

[edit:] it looks like all things battlefield are on sale right now... so if you already have bfbc2 or just arent interested (wtf is wrong with you??) then you might be interested in bf 2142 or bf2...
