so after putting in probably 30 or so hours on the new blog software since friday evening... ta da!

thats right, this is the new shit. looks same as the old shit. mostly. works a whole lot better though... or should, at least. if youre running some godawful old browser like IE 6, youre out of luck. seriously, upgrade. everyone else should look and work fine. if not, comment, or if you arent a registered user... well, i dunno, hold on to it for a bit until i get user registration finished :)

ive still got a tiny bit of work to do, like registration, but nothing that should impact users beyond that. i just wanted so badly to get rid of the old code that i focused on getting all the essentials up and running and ill knock out the 3 or 4 piddly things i have left later this week or next weekend...
