"A little rebellion, now and then, is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical... It is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government."
"The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all."
"What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must from time to time be refreshed with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure."
"And what country can preserve its liberties, if the rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms."

Their fatal mistake is that they believe an army of soldiers, police and a maze of bureaucracy stands between them and us. In reality, we will not fight those pawns in their game. It has been said that they are willing to fight to the last cop or agent, but are they willing to fight to the first Congressman?
There is no provision in the Constitution delegating the Federal government the authority to legislate health care. That is reserved to the States, respectively, or to the People, according to the 10th Amendment.
Also, according to my Oath, that makes every politician who holds office and advocates for unconstitutional health care legislation, violates their Oath and is a domestic enemy of the Constitution.
If we do not comply with their unconstitutional laws, we will be fined. If we do not pay the fine, we will be arrested. If we do not accept the arrest, we will be killed. Since we know what fate we face, by what logic would we not take the fight directly to those who initiated the chain of events that sent armed men to our door?
Our servants tell us, "Do as we say, or we will kill you." Casus belli
and if, after november, we dont see a swift, decisive, and total repeal of the unconstitutional atrocity that was foisted upon the american citizenry last night... well, im not sure what other civil recourse is left available to the people.
if a government leaves its citizens with nothing but uncivil means to reign in its out-of-control rampage against the constitution, then they really shouldnt be surprised by what they get.
Instead, why not repeal ALL unconstitutional laws in one fell swoop? Restoration of the Constitution by force would accomplish that. Jefferson would approve. Or should we wait until we are disarmed and jailed to resist? Everyone has their own line. I am not going to initiate force, but I am ready to defend myself. Once, I defend myself, I know I am dead, for it is the nature of gangs to retaliate and protect their turf. Then, being forced into a war I did not choose, I will take the war to those who drew up the battle plans. Believe me when I say I will make my short time count.
Did you hear that folks have taken to tossing bricks through Democrat office windows? There is a bit of tension in the air.
That can be said in support of many things most conservatives do not support, including abortion, gay marriage and adoption, recreational drug use, and suicide. Those issues are not addressed in the Constitution, and so should be up to each State to decide for itself.
What I've seen is that all politicians -- liberal and conservative -- steps over the parts of the Constitution that inconvenience them. Want to ban certain drugs? Make it a tax issue. Want to support abortion rights? Make it a privacy issue. Want to pass health care reform without a floor debate when you don't have a super-majority? Make it a federal budget issue.
I'm about to start supporting "benevolent king," or anarchy. Not sure which would be better. :)
