the officer stopped a suspect, steven mallory, that had just knocked someone out and threatened to kill someone... when mallory doesnt comply, the officer shoots him with the tazer. evidently, it wasnt a clean shot and one of the probes missed or was knocked loose... then the guy is on him. fortunately an off-duty police officer was passing by and was able to assist, fatally shooting mallory.
