i dont often recommend games, because gaming is such a subjective thing, but Evochron Legends kicks so much ass, im making an exception.



this is one of the best indepenent games ive played in a very long time... its like taking the awesome old-school gameplay of Elite, crossing it with the graphics of the X-series games, and then pumping it full of steroids. there is a fuckton of shit to do in this game...

and the price is certainly right at $25... and to top it all off, the whole game is roughly 125 megs... it boggles the mind how all that gaming goodness can come in such a tiny package, when much crappier games weigh in at multi-gigabytes...

i highly recommend it... you should at least check out the free demo...
