i love this guy...

The federal sentencing guidelines generally give you a shorter prison term for accepting responsibility for your actions. Have you?

I'm angry. I don't have any feelings of accepting responsibility. What do I have to accept responsibility for? It seems like they only go after political dissidents, beating people down, stopping them, harassing them. Where's the responsibility there? They talk about accepting responsibility--and where are the people at Enron who haven't even had a slap on the wrist? Where's the responsibility there?

this whole thing just amazes me... makes me shake my head in disbelief... part of the terms of his probation after he is released include "I can't associate myself with anyone who espouses violence as a way of accomplishing political change"... well what the FUCK does that mean? he damn sure cant take a government job then, one needs look no further than iraq to see that...

dont get me wrong, i completely agree with what we did (and continue to do) there... but i cant think of a better example of espousing (and USING) violence as a way of accomplishing political change... never mind, oh, the american revolution, world wars one and two, the wiping of hiroshima and nagasaki off the map, and so on and so on... the simple fact of the matter is that throughout history, violence has been the single most effective instrument of polical change EVER and shows no sign of ever losing its number-one status...

uh oh... ive gone and done it now... i guess he'll have to be sure he stays away from ME as well when he gets out...
