well, today marked the end of 4 weeks of my fitness kick, and it appears to be having some results. ive lost 12.5 lbs since i started, right at 3 pounds a week. im pretty pleased with that.

i dont expect ill be able to lose at this rate forever, but its still heartening to see that all the hard work is having a real effect.

within the next week or so, im going to either add another cardio day in place of an off day, or add cardio to one of my weight training days, i havent decided which. i tried doing both today (1hr of cardio, 1 hr of weights) and it wasnt that big of a deal, so i think i may just go with that instead of replacing an off day. 5 days a week at the gym is tough enough, im really not thrilled with the idea of making it 6...
