the rape charges against the duke lacross players have been dismissed. what lessons can be learned from this whole fiasco?

ill tell you what IVE learned: if youre a white male, accused of rape by a crazy black skank-ho, you are GUILTY. period. never mind the evidence (or lack thereof), never mind the fact that youve had no opportunity to even have the evidence heard in a court of law, never mind that there are dozens of witnesses claiming what youre accused of never occured... you are GUILTY. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY. why?

because youre WHITE. and because youre MALE.

i think its been clear for a long time to ANYONE in this country that, at least in the legal realm, the pendulum of racism has swung WAY the other way. if youre white, and your accuser is some other race (ESPECIALLY if theyre black) then youre guilty. period. i mean, its obvious. of COURSE youre guilty... i mean, youre WHITE, arent you? EVERYONE knows that white folk hate the coloreds. EVERYONE knows that theyll take any opportunity to rape, beat, rob, or kill a colored. evidence is merely an optional formality. GET A ROPE, TIME FOR A WHITEY LYNCHING!

the "duke boys" got a double-whammy though. they were already screwed, being white. but they had the OTHER major bit of legal inequality against them: male vs. female... the whole "youre a guy, youre GUILTY" thing has been going on even longer than the "burn the cracker" mindset in the legal system. if youre a male, and youre accused of assault (sexual or physical) by a female, thats it. youre GUILTY. go directly to jail do not pass go. if you dont believe me, just try this little experiment: get your wife/girlfriend to call the cops one morning, and have her claim you hit her or raped her the night before. then enjoy your time in the local pokey. do yourself a favor, and line up bail BEFORE you try this, itll save some time in the lockup. doesnt matter that there wont be ANY indication of assault, your wife/gf can be the very picture of health, have no physical evidence of assault, and youre still going to sit in jail. youre going to go to trial, and if shes committed to the experiment and willing to go all the way with it, she can testify against you and youll go from jail to PRISON. no evidence. no witnesses. nothing more than her word over yours... but if she can act (and what woman cant?) then youd better get used to the idea of three hots and a cot, because your ass is gonna be a guest of the state, guaranteed.

lets hope that the legal system learns these lessons as well, and makes a commitment to do something about it, so white males (or anyone else) arent guilty until proven innocent in the future.
